你自己看视频就是了，飞机起飞的时候不都是那种nose-up的吗？只是后来升力不够导致机头指向有点偏平，但那不是飞行姿态控制的问题，更不是你说的失速，而是升力本身的问题。失速是你速度起来了但升力不够，基本上要么是侧身太过，要么是机身过于垂直，两者都是有效升力面积太小
