美国农场老板上过报导说了：他招人也想招美国人，但是根本招不到。
美国人根本不想干这种3D工作(dirty, difficulty, dangerous)。 招到了几个，干了一两天就不干了。
这些工作太累太辛苦了。而且是 dead end job。
不靠移民工，美国农场基本都不用开了。
